Proficiency test

We will engage you in a two stage test.

In stage one, we will give you incomplete accounting information about a company and expect you to come up with a trial balance.

And in stage two we will ask you to prepare financial statements, in our format, based on that trial balance.

This practical test is essential because in our experience, about 50% candidates that we interview, do not possess the required skill in understanding basic accounts and 40% are unable to draft financial statements, that are our most popular deliverable.
